Operations Manager – Residential Apartments | Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day residential apartment operations.
- Handle Technical, Housekeeping, Security & STP/WTP services.
- Manage manpower, shifts, and team performance.
- Coordinate with clients, residents, and vendors.
- Handle complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor preventive & breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure safety, statutory compliance, and SOP adherence.
- Control operational costs and manage budgets.
- Prepare MIS reports, KPI & SLA reports.
- Ensure overall resident satisfaction and smooth operations.
Minimum 10+ yrs exp in Residential Apartments . Technical and softservice
Location- Chennai
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
