JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel & Tourism Executive to join Aleef Travel Services. The role will primarily focus on holiday packages, destination planning and customer coordination. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, good communication skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into suitable travel packages.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, budget, and itinerary needs.

· Design and recommend customized domestic and international holiday packages.

· Coordinate with hotels, DMCs,



transport providers, and other travel suppliers for quotations and bookings.

· Prepare and share package quotations, itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, and pricing with customers.

· Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

· Handle customer queries and provide timely support throughout the booking process.

· Maintain strong relationships with customers and travel partners.

· Stay updated on popular destinations, hotels, attractions, travel trends, and package offerings.

· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of confirmed packages.

· Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of the tourism business.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

- 1-2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and travel-related products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using travel booking software and reservation systems
- Good problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing travel requirements and client preferences
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English, Tamil and any additional Indian language is a plus
