We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Assets Coordinator to manage and track the organization’s IT equipment and inventory. This role is ideal for candidates starting their careers in IT support or asset management, with a strong focus on organization, accuracy, and basic technical understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain records of IT assets including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and software licensesTrack asset allocation, movement, and returns across departmentsAssist in onboarding and offboarding processes by issuing and collecting IT equipmentUpdate and manage asset inventory in spreadsheets or asset management toolsCoordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs,



and replacementsPerform periodic audits and physical verification of IT assetsEnsure proper documentation and tagging of all IT equipmentSupport the IT team in basic troubleshooting and asset-related queries

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent)Basic knowledge of computer hardware and IT equipmentFamiliarity with MS Excel or Google SheetsStrong organizational and record-keeping skillsGood communication and coordination abilitiesAttention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
