We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be data-focused, ROI oriented, and skilled in scaling campaigns while maintaining efficiency across channels such as Google, Meta, and other paid media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
 Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
 Drive measurable growth in leads, conversions, and revenue through performance channels
 Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, audiences, and ad copies
 Monitor daily budgets, bids, ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversion metrics
 Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights
 Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to improve funnel performance
 Implement tracking via Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, GTM, and conversion APIs
 Stay updated on platform trends, policies, and best practices





Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media
 Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
 Proficient in GA4, GTM, CRM integrations, and conversion tracking
 Robust analytical, optimization, and problem-solving skills
 Excellent communication and reporting skills

Preferred Skills:
 Experience with eCommerce funnels, lead generation, and retargeting
 Knowledge of landing page optimization tools (Unbounce, Webflow, etc.)
 Experience with automation tools and CRM platforms
 Agency experience is a plus
