The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating recent home loan business, building strong client relationships, and guiding customers through the entire mortgage application process. This role requires a deep understanding of various loan products, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership dreams.

- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities for home loan products through various channels, including referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their financial needs, goals, and eligibility for different mortgage options.
- Educate clients on the features, benefits, and requirements of various home loan products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans.
- Assist clients in completing loan applications accurately and efficiently,



gathering all necessary documentation.
- Collaborate closely with underwriters, processors, and other internal departments to ensure a smooth and timely loan approval and closing process.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and actively follow up on leads to convert them into successful loan applications.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire loan journey, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on market trends, interest rates, and changes in mortgage regulations to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral partners to foster repeat business and new leads.
- Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local lending laws and company policies.
