We are looking for someone who is hands-on in recruitment, solid in sourcing, commercially aware, target-oriented, and capable of understanding technical as well as business requirements. The ideal candidate should be able to independently drive recruitment while also taking ownership of team performance and hiring delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across Real Estate, Construction, Interiors, Civil, Engineering, Sales, Procurement, Finance, HR, Administration, and other business functions.
- Handle high-volume and niche hiring requirements based on business needs.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, social media, databases, consultants, and other sourcing channels.
- Source and screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, industry background, location, compensation, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
- Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates before sharing profiles with hiring managers.




- Coordinate technical and management interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with Business Heads, Project Heads, Department Heads, and Hiring Managers to understand manpower requirements and position specifications.
- Manage recruitment TAT, hiring targets, offer-to-joining ratio, source effectiveness, and other TA metrics.
- Handle salary discussions, offer negotiation, notice-period management, and candidate closure.
- Drive follow-ups with selected candidates to ensure successful joining and reduce offer dropouts.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, MIS reports, and recruitment dashboards.
- Conduct market mapping and talent mapping for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Support walk-in drives, recruitment drives, campus hiring, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
