Partnership Executive

Role Purpose

The AFL Partnership Executive will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with educational institutions, corporates, government organizations, NGOs, associations, hospitals, and other stakeholder groups for the successful implementation of Awareness for Life (AFL) and Awareness for Wellness (AFW) programs.

The role focuses on building sustainable partnerships, strengthening stakeholder relationships, ensuring seamless program coordination, and expanding the reach of health awareness initiatives across diverse audiences.

Eligibility

- MBA (Marketing) Fresh Graduate or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, client servicing, marketing, sales, or stakeholder engagement.
- Strong interest in relationship building, outreach, partnerships, and program coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development

- Identify and connect with educational institutions, corporates, government organizations, NGOs, associations, hospitals, and other potential partner organizations.
- Build and maintain a robust database of prospective partners and stakeholders.
- Conduct outreach through emails, calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and field visits.
- Present and promote AFL and AFW programs to decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Convert leads into active partnerships and secure program confirmations.
- Develop current channels and networks to expand program reach.

Relationship Management

- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for partnered organizations.
- Build long-term relationships to generate repeat engagements and multiple program opportunities.
- Ensure regular communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Address partner queries and provide end-to-end support throughout the engagement lifecycle.




- Strengthen relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within partner organizations.

Program Planning & Coordination

- Coordinate with partner SPOCs for scheduling programs and managing logistics.
- Confirm participant numbers, venue requirements, infrastructure, and session details.
- Share program requirements and execution details with internal teams.
- Ensure timely completion of all pre-event and post-event communication.
- Monitor program readiness and support smooth planning.

Event Execution Support

- Coordinate with partner representatives on the day of the program.
- Ensure smooth participant management and session flow.
- Facilitate registration, attendance tracking, feedback collection, and engagement activities.
- Resolve operational issues to ensure a positive participant experience.

Business Development

- Generate opportunities for multiple awareness programs within partner organizations.
- Expand partnerships across branches, locations, departments, and stakeholder networks.
- Explore opportunities for annual health awareness calendars and wellness initiatives.
- Identify strategic partnerships that can enhance the visibility and impact of AFL and AFW programs.

Data Management & Reporting

- Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal trackers.
- Update partnership status, program schedules, and engagement outcomes regularly.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, conversions, and program execution.
- Track partnership pipeline and performance against targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)





- Number of new organizations onboarded.
- Number of partnerships established.
- Number of programs confirmed and executed.
- Lead-to-conversion ratio.
- Repeat engagement rate.
- Participant reach through AFL and AFW programs.
- Stakeholder satisfaction and feedback scores.
- Accuracy and timeliness of CRM updates.
- Network expansion and partnership growth.

Required Qualifications

- MBA (Marketing) from a recognized institution.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong academic background and excellent communication skills.

Success in This Role

A successful AFL Partnership Executive consistently builds and nurtures a strong network of partner organizations, develops long-term stakeholder relationships, converts opportunities into sustainable collaborations, ensures flawless program execution, and significantly contributes to expanding the reach and impact of health awareness initiatives across the region.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
