Company Overview Movigo Innovations is a fast-growing logistics and supply chain solution provider based in Indore. We specialize in efficient freight movement, timely deliveries, and tech-enabled logistics operations across the region.

Role Summary We are looking for an energetic and reliable Field Executive to manage day-to-day ground operations, pickup and delivery coordination, vehicle tracking, and client communication across Indore.

Key Responsibilities

- Ground Operations: Execute daily pickup and delivery schedules, ensuring packages and freight reach destinations safely and on time.
- Vendor & Driver Coordination: Work closely with local vehicle owners, drivers, and fleet operators for seamless route execution and loading/unloading.
- Client Interaction: Coordinate with clients at pickup/drop points, complete documentation (POD - Proof of Delivery), and address immediate query resolutions.
- Route & Logistics Tracking: Optimize daily travel routes within Indore to minimize delay and reduce operational costs.




- Documentation & Reporting: Collect receipts, update status on mobile app/system, and submit daily field reports to the Operations Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: 10+2 / High School pass minimum (Graduate preferred).
- Experience: 0–2 years in logistics, field operations, delivery, or supply chain management.
- Vehicle & License: Valid Two-Wheeler driving license and personal vehicle (Bike/Scooter) are mandatory.
- Location Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Indore routes, industrial areas (Pithampur, Sanwer Road, Dewas Naka), and local markets.
- Skills: Basic smartphone usage (for apps and Google Maps), valuable communication skills, and problem-solving attitude.
