Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer to drive sales and distribution in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing market coverage, maintaining distributor and retailer relationships, and ensuring strong product availability.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key outlets.
- Ensure proper product availability and visibility across the market.
- Visit retail outlets regularly and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage order booking, sales tracking, and market execution.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure effective implementation of company promotions and schemes.
- Coordinate with distributors and the internal sales team for smooth order and delivery operations.
- Track outstanding payments and support timely collections.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain accurate records.




- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and sales standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; Sales/Marketing qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales or a similar field.
- Experience in beverage, food, or consumer goods sales will be preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of local market and retail distribution.
- Target-oriented with good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid two-wheeler license and vehicle preferred.
