Job Overview

Flora Steels Pvt. Ltd. (XEN Bath Fittings) is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Channel Sales to develop and grow the dealer/distributor network and drive sales in the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Channel Sales, Dealer/Distributor Management, Building Materials, Bath Fittings, Sanitaryware or related industries. Candidates with experience in Project Sales, Government Project Sales, MES, institutional sales or tender business will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and expand the dealer and distributor network in the assigned territory.
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
- Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors.
- Develop strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, architects, contractors and other channel partners.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.




- Generate new business opportunities and ensure territory growth.
- Ensure timely payment collection from channel partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular sales and market reports for management.

- 2–5 years of experience in Channel Sales / Area Sales / Territory Sales.
- Experience in Building Material, Bath Fittings, Sanitaryware or related industry preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Good knowledge of the assigned market and dealer network.
- Ability to independently manage sales targets and territory.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Experience in Government/Project Sales, MES, tendering or institutional business will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
