Job Summary

We are looking for qualified and experienced Medical Officers (MBBS) to join a reputed multi-speciality hospital in Ankleshwar.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on clinical experience in a hospital setting, with good knowledge of patient assessment, emergency care, clinical documentation, and hospital protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct initial assessment and evaluation of patients.
- Provide appropriate medical care and treatment as per clinical requirements.
- Attend to patients in the Emergency, ICU, wards, and casualty as required.
- Monitor patients' clinical condition and identify any deterioration requiring immediate intervention.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals for patient management.
- Handle medical emergencies and provide timely emergency care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records.
- Follow hospital clinical protocols, policies, and patient-safety standards.




- Ensure appropriate communication with patients and their attendants regarding treatment and care.
- Participate in clinical rounds and handovers.
- Escalate critical cases to senior consultants or specialists whenever required.

Requirements

- MBBS from a recognised medical institution.
- Valid medical registration is mandatory.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in Emergency, ICU, Ward, Casualty, or hospital-based clinical care will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of patient assessment and emergency management.
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation and hospital protocols.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital workplace.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including emergency/rotational duties if required.
