Job Title: Executive – Quality Assurance

Location: Umbergaon, Gujarat

Experience Required: 2–4 Years

Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic, or related manufacturing industries

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and maintain Quality Assurance documentation, including SOPs, STPs, specifications, and related records.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality systems and regulatory requirements.
- Handle audit-related documentation and support compliance activities.
- Manage export documentation and respond to documentation-related queries.
- Ensure timely completion and maintenance of legal and regulatory documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Assurance function.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), B.Sc.,



or M.Sc.
- 2–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Documentation, Compliance, or a related function.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic, or similar regulated industries is preferred.
- Good understanding of quality systems, documentation practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
