Roles and Responsibilities :-

Respond to customer concerns and assist with suitable resolutions.

Manage customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails.

Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

Track and update customer cases in the system.

Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department.

Maintain service quality and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Follow standard operating procedures and company guidelines.

Skills Required :-

Robust customer interaction and listening skills.

Clear and professional communication.





Comfortable using basic computer applications.

Good decision-making and problem-solving ability.

Patient, courteous, and service-oriented approach.

Ability to coordinate effectively with team members.

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
