About the Role

AKOI Marketing Hub is looking for an experienced Amazon & E-Commerce Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Amazon, e-commerce marketplaces, and quick-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC and marketplace ad campaigns.
- Manage keywords, bids, budgets, targeting, and campaign structures.
- Monitor and improve ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage advertising campaigns across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
- Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights.
- Work with E-commerce, Category, and Account Management teams.
- Stay updated on marketplace advertising trends and platform updates.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Economics,



or related field.
- 3–8 years of hands-on experience in Amazon Ads, E-commerce Ads, Digital Marketing, or Retail Media.
- Strong experience in Amazon PPC and marketplace advertising.
- Experience with e-commerce and/or quick-commerce advertising platforms.
- Robust analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multiple brands/categories is preferred.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
