Position: SEO Executive – AEO & GEO

Madrid Software Trainings is hiring a results-driven SEO Executive – AEO & GEO to strengthen our digital presence across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search platforms.

Location: Saket, South Delhi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (In-Hand)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Department: Digital Marketing / SEO

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute on-page, off-page and technical SEO strategies.

- Conduct keyword, competitor and search-intent research.

- Optimize content for rankings, featured snippets, rich results and AI-generated answers.

- Implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies.

- Develop GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve brand visibility across AI platforms.

- Optimize content for conversational, informational, commercial and long-tail queries.

- Conduct technical SEO audits and identify crawling, indexing and performance issues.

- Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking and schema markup.

- Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlinks, SERP features and SEO KPIs.





- Track brand visibility and mentions across AI search platforms.

- Collaborate with content, development and marketing teams.

- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search developments and emerging SEO trends.

- Prepare regular SEO performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience.

- Strong understanding of technical, on-page, off-page and content SEO.

- Working knowledge of AEO and GEO concepts.

- Understanding of search intent, semantic SEO, entities, topical authority and content optimization.

- Familiarity with structured data/schema markup.

- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Important Eligibility Criteria

- Candidates from Delhi or Gurugram are highly preferred

- Internship/Trainee or Less than 1 experience candidates are not eligible to apply
