About the Role

InMogic Technologies is looking for a dynamic and persuasive Inside Sales Executive / Telecaller to join our growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients via outbound calling, pitching our tech solutions and digital services, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for the senior sales and business development teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to targeted leads, prospective clients, and key decision-makers across various industries.
- Understand client requirements, effectively pitch InMogic’s technology services, and generate qualified leads.
- Schedule discovery calls, virtual demos, and meetings for the business development team.
- Follow up regularly with warm leads and nurture potential client relationships.
- Maintain clean and accurate records of calls, lead statuses, and feedback in the CRM.




- Meet daily/weekly calling targets and monthly qualified lead generation quotas.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in telecalling, inside sales, B2B/B2C sales, or lead generation.
- Excellent verbal communication and conversational skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of other regional languages is a plus).
- Strong convincing ability, confidence, and positive phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle objections professionally and close conversations with transparent next steps.
- Basic computer proficiency (Google Sheets, MS Excel, and CRM software).
- Any Graduate / Diploma holder.
