Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Finance Manager role based in Kochi. The Corporate Finance Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring performance against financial targets. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing financial reporting cycles, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controls. The Corporate Finance Manager will develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions, cost optimization, and strategic initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing key financial metrics, preparing management reports and presentations, collaborating with operations and senior leadership on business cases, and supporting audits and regulatory filings.

Qualifications

- Robust Finance and Financial Reporting skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and corporate finance processes.
- Proficiency in Financial Statements, including preparation, review, and interpretation to support decision-making.




- Advanced Financial Modeling capabilities to evaluate scenarios, investment opportunities, and business performance.
- Robust Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or CFA are an advantage.
- Experience in hospitality, real estate, or service-oriented industries is beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.
- Proficiency with financial software and advanced spreadsheet tools; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
