Your role

We’re looking for talented individuals with a passion to learn, add value and apply creative ideas. You will be involved in supporting the various activities that are crucial for Global Transfer Pricing processes:
Own & Execute multiple global entity transfers (Transfer Pricing) calculations for Investment Banking, Global Wealth Management, Asset Management Divisions in UBS
Ensure completeness and accuracy of global transfer pricing calculations in line with applicable SLAs agreed booking model, policies and methodologies as laid down by Group Tax.
Execute appropriate controls and 4-eye reviews ensuring transfer pricing calculations are computed in line with methodologies and that the posting to financial ledgers is performed accurately and in line with monthly close timelines.
Analyze monthly, quarterly/yearly moves and provide commentaries covering key Business driver and additional analytics.
Ensure timely verification of relevant inputs from Business.
Liaise with multiple stakeholders providing guidance where necessary and challenge methodology when appropriate.
Partner with Agile POD in design, testing and implementation of new requirements/changes to existing calculations.
Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with CFOs, Divisional Control and Business COO teams.

Your team

You will be part of the Entity Revenue Transfer Centre of Excellence (ERT CoE) team in India (based out of Mumbai & Pune locations). We provide centralized calculation, processing, and settlement of Global Entity revenue transfers (Transfer Pricing)



covering an annualized materiality of UBS 5bn. ERT CoE provides a robust front-to-back control framework, standardized procedures for onboarding, amendment, and de-commissioning of ERTs. The CoE also supports Global settlement of Entity Transfers booked through strategic SAP tool.

As a financial controller you would play a critical role in ensuring financial statement for UBS Legal Entities are accurate and complete, ensuring that the organization comply with the arm's length principles for intra-group relationships.
ERT CoE function globally is aligned to Group Finance Chief Accounting Office. Team works in EMEA shift timings (12 PM IST to 9:00 PM IST) to provide better coverage and overlap with Global stakeholders.

Your expertise

Recognized Finance qualification. Good knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP reporting and robust accounting skills
Prior Experience(desirable) in product control / financial control / legal entity control / transfer pricing or related experience
Experience of servicing multiple clients of varying seniority and have directly faced various stakeholders like Front office, Business Managers, Group Tax, Legal Entity Controllers
Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills in English
Detailed oriented, having aptitude and interest to understand Banking Business, interpret complex business scenarios.

System Skills:




Proficient in data analysis using Microsoft excel, MS Access etc. Exposure to Power BI & Alteryx.
