Job Title: CNC/VMC Operator

Location: Irungatukottai, Kanchipuram

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Set up CNC/VMC machines for production by loading required tools, fixtures, and raw materials.
- Load, edit, and execute CNC/VMC programs to perform machining operations such as milling, drilling, cutting, and shaping.
- Operate and monitor machines during production to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to specifications.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments to verify quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain product quality and meet production requirements.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of worn-out parts.
- Troubleshoot machine issues, programming errors, tool wear, and mechanical problems, and take corrective actions as required.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a secure working environment.
- Maintain production records and ensure compliance with company quality standards.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
