Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Associate Lead – ELV (Execution) to manage ELV installation, execution, testing, commissioning and coordination for large-scale Data Center projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute ELV works as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Supervise ELV installation, testing & commissioning.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors and site installation teams.
- Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, HVAC, Fire Protection, BMS and IT teams.
- Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, technical submittals and method statements.
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks and progress monitoring.
- Coordinate system testing, commissioning and integration activities.
- Resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Monitor project schedules and prepare progress reports.
- Support client inspections, FAT/SAT and handover activities.
- Maintain as-built drawings, commissioning records and close-out documentation.

Required ELV Experience

Candidates should have hands-on experience in one or more of the following:





Structured Cabling | Fiber Optics | Data Network | CCTV | Access Control | VMS | Intrusion Detection | PAVA | Fire Alarm | BMS | DCIM | UPS Monitoring | EMS | Rack Monitoring | IP Telephony | Intercom | Security Management Systems

Candidate Requirements

- 8–12 years of relevant ELV execution experience.
- Minimum 3+ years leading ELV execution teams.
- Mandatory experience in Data Center / Mission Critical / Hyperscale / Industrial projects.
- EPC project execution experience preferred.
- Robust knowledge of ELV installation, commissioning and site execution.
- Experience in contractor/vendor coordination.
- Good understanding of BOQ verification, material planning, QA/QC and technical documentation.
- Strong leadership, team management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation or related discipline.
