We are looking for a enthusiastic, customer-oriented **Jewellery Sales Associate** to join our team. If you have a passion for jewellery, excellent communication skills, and a track record of meeting sales targets, we would love to have you onboard.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting gold, diamond, or daily-wear jewellery items.

* Understand customer preferences and provide expert recommendations on style, design, and budget.

* Pitch custom design options, promotional offers, and loyalty programs to increase sales.

* Maintain showroom inventory, ensure display cases are pristine and properly locked, and perform daily stock counts.

* Handle billing transitions smoothly and assist in post-sales services (sizing, cleaning, repairs).

* Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat visits.

Requirements:

*Education:



Higher Secondary (12th Pass) required; Graduate preferred.

*Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in retail sales (experience in jewellery, luxury goods, or fashion retail is a strong plus).

*Skills: Excellent verbal communication, polite presentation, and negotiation skills.

*Languages: Fluent in local language; basic knowledge of English is desirable.

*Attributes: Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work full time hours, including weekends.
