ob Summary

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and modifying mechanical components, assemblies, and systems. The candidate should have strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, 3D CAD modeling, engineering drawings, and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, machines, and systems based on project requirements.
- Create accurate 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and BOMs using CAD software.
- Prepare drawings with appropriate dimensions, tolerances, GD&T;, surface finish, and material specifications.
- Perform design calculations, tolerance analysis, and basic engineering analysis as required.
- Select suitable materials, bearings, fasteners, motors, actuators, and other mechanical components.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, and vendors for smooth execution of designs.
- Review designs for manufacturability, assembly, reliability, cost, and safety.
- Develop prototypes and support testing, validation, and design improvements.
- Identify design issues and implement engineering changes and corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain design documentation, BOMs, drawings, specifications, and revision records.




- Work closely with manufacturing teams to resolve production and assembly-related design issues.
- Support new product development and existing product modifications.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable engineering standards, customer specifications, and company procedures.
- Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and technical discussions.
- Maintain proper control of CAD files and engineering documents.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Mechanical Design and Engineering Fundamentals.
- Good experience with 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks / Creo / CATIA / NX.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and engineering drawing standards.
- Understanding of GD&T;, fits & tolerances, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of machining, fabrication, welding, sheet metal, and assembly processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Positive problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of BOM preparation and engineering change management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
