As an Inside Sales Executive, you are the direct voice of Frido to our customers. You'll understand what a customer needs,
guide them to the right product, and convert genuine conversations into sales. This is a target-driven, high-energy role built
on consultative selling — not scripted pitches or pressure tactics.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers through outbound calls, inbound calls, WhatsApp, or video consultation, depending on your assigned
vertical.
- Understand the customer's needs before recommending anything — solution-based selling, not product-pushing.
- Guide customers to the right Frido product and help them complete their purchase, via the website or a manual Shopify
invoice.
- Spot and act on natural cross-sell and upsell opportunities to grow order value (AOV).
- Follow ownership and escalation protocols — e.g., first-contact-owns-the-lead,
and mandatory escalation of high-value
(₹5,000+) orders.
- Log every interaction accurately in Zoho CRM: correct disposition, detailed call notes, and order tracking.
- Consistently meet daily call volume, conversion rate, and revenue targets.
- Maintain a polite, honest, and helpful tone on every call — no false claims, no manufactured urgency.
- Report daily performance (calls made, conversions, revenue, blockers) to your Team Lead.
- Participate in training, mock calls, and product knowledge sessions to keep improving.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
