About the Role

Digital Mart Lab is looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller who can communicate with business owners, understand their requirements, and generate qualified sales opportunities for our digital marketing services.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable with outbound calling, lead follow-ups and client communication and has a sales-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Call potential customers and business owners from provided lead databases.
- Introduce Digital Mart Lab and our services professionally.
- Understand the client's business, requirements and current marketing challenges.
- Identify genuine prospects interested in digital marketing services.
- Generate qualified appointments / meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
- Handle basic client questions related to our services.




- Build good relationships with prospects without being pushy.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of telecalling, telesales or business development experience.
- Previous experience in a digital marketing agency, IT company, web development company or B2B sales will be preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic/professional English.
- Confident while speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Solid follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and websites is preferred.
- Comfortable making regular outbound calls.
- Must be disciplined with lead follow-ups and CRM/data management.
- Should have a positive and target-oriented attitude.

What We Are Looking For

We don't need someone who only makes calls.

We need someone who can start a conversation, understand the customer's requirement, identify genuine opportunities and convert interested prospects into meetings for our sales team.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Final salary will depend on the candidate's experience, communication skills and previous sales performance.

Experienced candidates from Digital Marketing / IT / B2B Sales background will be given preference.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
