We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Immigration Caseworker to join our agile team. Responsibilities

- Review and proofread immigration documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards
- Conduct research using tools such as LexisNexis to gather pertinent case information and verify details
- Manage case files efficiently within iManage or similar document management systems, maintaining organized records
- Interview clients to collect necessary information, clarify case details, and assess eligibility
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and reports with precision and clarity
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to update case statuses and maintain comprehensive records




- Coordinate with team members on project timelines, deadlines, and case progress through effective project management practices

Skills

- Strong proofreading skills to ensure error-free documentation
- Proficiency with LexisNexis or similar legal research platforms
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple cases simultaneously
- Effective interviewing skills to gather detailed client information
- Experience with iManage or comparable document management systems
- Solid administrative experience including filing, data entry, and clerical tasks
- Knowledge of legal drafting standards and writing skills for clear communication
- Familiarity with project management principles to meet deadlines efficiently
- Exceptional phone etiquette for professional client interactions
- Ability to conduct thorough research and handle complex information with accuracy
- RCIC Licence holder is an assert
- Should have experiance of at least one year woking as a case worker

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
