- Shift: Rotational/Night shifts
Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Executive, you will:
- Handle customer queries and concerns through voice calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain professional and effective communication with customers.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and service guidelines.
- Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate freshers are eligible.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable handling customer calls.
- Willing to work rotational/night shifts.
- Comfortable relocating to New Town, Kolkata.
- Candidates should be customer-service oriented and professional.
