- B2B Network Building: Pitch diagnostic packages to corporate clients, factories, and residential societies for wellness camps.
- Doctor & Clinic Liaison: Visit physicians, clinics, and hospitals to build robust referral networks and increase prescription flows.
- Digital Campaigns: Manage social media, local Google search visibility, and targeted online campaigns for routine profiles (e.g., thyroid, diabetes, full-body health checks).
- Local Offline Marketing: Organize health awareness camps, distribution of flyers/brochures, and local health check-up drives.
- Competitor Strategy: Analyze local market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor lab offerings to keep our services competitively positioned.
- Lead Tracking: Monitor marketing conversion rates and track revenue generated through referral networks.
