SILIGURI HIRING | MODULAR KITCHEN DESIGNER & SALES EXECUTIVE

North Willow Consulting is hiring for a renowned multinational furniture retail brand with a turnover exceeding ₹500 crore.

Location: Siliguri, West Bengal
Salary: Up to ₹32,000/month in hand + incentives
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Preferred age: Below 30 years
Employment: Full-time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design modular kitchens, wardrobes and customized storage solutions
- Prepare layouts, elevations, working drawings and 3D presentations
- Conduct site visits, measurements and space planning
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable design solutions
- Prepare BOQs, project estimates and material specifications
- Coordinate with production and installation teams
- Attend showroom customers and support sales conversions
- Maintain customer relationships from enquiry to project handover
- Contribute towards overall showroom sales and business growth

REQUIRED SKILLS

- AutoCAD 2D and 3D
- SketchUp, KD Max or 3ds Max
- Modular-kitchen and wardrobe designing
- Rendering and visualization
- BOQ preparation and cost estimation
- Knowledge of furniture materials, finishes and hardware
- Customer consultation and sales skills
- MS Office and documentation
- Good communication in Hindi and English

QUALIFICATION

Graduate/Diploma in Interior Design,



Architecture, Civil Engineering, Furniture Design or a related discipline.

KEY WORKING CONDITIONS

Showroom timing: 10:30 AM–8:30 PM; employees may occasionally need to remain longer while customers are being attended to.
Weekly off: Any one day between Monday and Friday.
Candidates must be comfortable working on Saturdays, Sundays and most public holidays.
Site visits and customer interactions are integral parts of the role.
Sales involvement is mandatory, but there is no individual sales target. Performance is evaluated against overall showroom business objectives.
