- Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor project progress against approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Review and interpret civil, structural, architectural, and engineering drawings.
- Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
- Identify project delays, technical issues, and site-related challenges and implement corrective actions.
- Check quantities, measurements, BOQs, RA bills, and contractor bills.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of construction materials.
- Monitor manpower, equipment, materials,



and other resources at the project site.
- Ensure compliance with construction safety procedures and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate necessary testing and approvals.
- Maintain proper documentation, site records, inspection reports, and project correspondence.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure effective coordination between design, execution, procurement, and project management teams.
- Support project handover, snag rectification, testing, and commissioning activities.

Pay: ₹241,232.54 - ₹795,856.53 per year
