Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated CRM Executive to manage client interactions, follow-ups, queries, and escalations. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking client concerns, and ensuring timely resolution for a smooth client experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate project handovers and ensure a smooth client experience.
- Communicate with clients, handle queries, and maintain strong relationships.
- Conduct post-handover follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns and service requests.




- Manage post-handover support, including warranty and service requirements.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, client feedback, complaints, and resolutions.
- Follow up with clients to encourage referrals and build long-term relationships.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills.
- Professional, confident, and client-friendly approach.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle client escalations calmly and effectively.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Workspace.

Experience in interiors, real estate, or client servicing is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
