- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and integration into project workflows.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Field Service Lightning, Agentforce.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration techniques within Salesforce environments.
- Experience in customizing and extending Salesforce Field Service Lightning to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to field service applications.
- Familiarity with integration methods and tools to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in optimizing workflows and automating processes to improve operational efficiency.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
