We are hiring Experience Associates (CSR) for an International Call Center handling a US process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer service and sales-related calls.

- Communicate effectively with international customers.

- Pitch products/services and achieve assigned sales targets.

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.

- Demonstrate solid communication and convincing/pitching skills.

Requirements

- HSC Pass or above.

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Comfortable working in a fixed night shift.





- Candidates with 6+ months of International BPO experience are preferred.

- Freshers with excellent English communication skills can also apply.

- Strong sales and customer-handling skills.

- Go-getter attitude and target-oriented approach.
