Job Overview

As an SEO Intern, you will support our SEO and digital marketing activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, competitor analysis, content research, reporting, and backlink research. You will also get exposure to AI-powered SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).

This is an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates who want to build a career in SEO and Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research and identify relevant search opportunities.
- Assist with on-page SEO, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
- Optimize website content according to target keywords and search intent.
- Perform basic technical SEO checks, including indexing, crawlability, broken links, redirects, sitemaps, and robots.txt.
- Assist with backlink research and off-page SEO activities.
- Analyze competitor websites and identify SEO opportunities.
- Research blog topics and support SEO content planning.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, impressions, clicks, and other SEO metrics.
- Prepare basic SEO reports and maintain SEO tracking sheets.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO industry trends.
- Assist in AI SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI Search Optimization activities.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to support SEO campaigns.

Requirements

- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO concepts.




- Basic knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of keyword research and search intent.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good written English and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn SEO tools, technologies, and new techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge or basic experience with any of the following will be an advantage:

- SEMrush / Ahrefs / Ubersuggest
- Screaming Frog
- Google Keyword Planner
- WordPress
- Basic HTML
- ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools
- Local SEO
- Content optimization
- AEO / GEO / AI Search Optimization
