- Conduct routine and random sampling of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished spice products.
- Perform physical, chemical, and sensory evaluations, including color, aroma, texture, moisture, and other quality parameters.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, test results, and batch-wise quality reports.
- Ensure all products comply with internal quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements, including FSSAI, ISO, and HACCP.
- Coordinate with the Production and Purchase Departments to provide quality feedback and resolve quality-related issues.
- Identify quality deviations and support the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
