We are seeking a competent and experienced Project Site Supervisor/ Solar Technician to oversee our Solar Power Installation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Solar power installation activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulations and company policies. The Project Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, manage schedules , and ensure quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily installation activities on the project site.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and building and Electrical codes.
- Manage and schedule subcontractors and material suppliers, ensuring the work is completed on time and within budget assigned
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and personnel on the project site.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.




- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise on the project site.
- Prepare regular reports on project progress, budget, and any issues encountered.
- Support in MNRE related documentations support , commissioning and Handover.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Solar Power segment with installation knowledge ( Minimum: 2 year experience)
- In-depth knowledge of Fabrication procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
- Valuable Electrical Knowledge is must.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Diploma or ITI in related field (preferred).
- Good Knowledge in Microsoft tools

This role is entitled for Quarterly Incentives based on Company's performances and other Incentives based on individual performances.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
