THE ROLE:

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with 3–5 years of experience who thrives on building robust CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and partnering closely with software engineering teams to raise the bar on deployment quality and system reliability. You will work across multi-tenant MarTech deployments — including Adobe Experience Manager on Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) — and contribute meaningfully to our platform engineering maturity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Design and own CI/CD pipelines from code commit to production — covering build, test, security scanning, and deployment gates across multiple environments
- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP a plus) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), ensuring environments are reproducible and auditable
- Deploy and operate containerised workloads using Docker and Kubernetes, including Helm chart management and rollout strategies (blue-green, canary)
- Support AEMaaCS and Adobe stack deployments — configure Cloud Manager pipelines, dispatcher rules,



CDN invalidation strategies, and environment-specific configurations
- Drive observability — instrument logging, metrics, and alerting using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack; define SLOs and alert thresholds in partnership with development teams
- Manage incidents and perform root cause analysis — own post-incident reviews and translate findings into hardened infrastructure or process improvements
- Embed security into the pipeline — integrate SAST/DAST tooling, dependency scanning, and enforce OWASP best practices across CI/CD workflows (DevSecOps)
- Collaborate with software engineers on release cycle optimisation, branching strategies, workplace promotion workflows, and deployment automation
- Maintain infrastructure documentation — runbooks, architecture diagrams, and change logs that enable the team to operate independently
- Evaluate and adopt tooling — contribute informed recommendations on toolchain improvements (ArgoCD, Spinnaker, Helm, etc.) as the engineering practice evolves

WHAT YOU BRING:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
- Hands-On Experience (Required)
- 3–5 years in a DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Engineering role
- Proficient with at least one major cloud platform — AWS strongly preferred; Azure or GCP is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of CI/CD tools:



Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- Hands-on container experience: Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (primary) and/or CloudFormation
- Scripting proficiency in Bash and Python (PowerShell a bonus)
- Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems, DNS, networking fundamentals, and web servers (Nginx/Apache)
- Experience with monitoring and logging — Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack or equivalent

- Security-aware — understands risk posture across infrastructure, dependencies, and delivery pipelines

NICE TO HAVE

- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM / AEMaaCS) — hands-on experience with Cloud Manager pipelines, dispatcher configuration, and CDN layer management
- GitOps tooling — ArgoCD, Spinnaker, or Flux for declarative deployment workflows
- Helm — experience authoring and managing Helm charts for Kubernetes workloads
- DevSecOps tooling — Snyk, SonarQube, OWASP ZAP, Trivy, or similar SAST/DAST/SCA tooling
- Cost optimisation — experience rightsizing cloud resources, leveraging spot/preemptible instances, or implementing FinOps practices
- Experience working in digital agency or client-services environments with multiple simultaneous workstreams

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
