Key Responsibilities

- Machine Operation: Load raw materials, run production cycles, and supervise the VMC machine during cutting, drilling, and milling.
- Setup and Adjustments: Position and clamp workpieces, install cutting tools, and set correct tool and work offsets.
- Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret 2D technical drawings, CAD models, and engineering blueprints to check part dimensions.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools like Vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
- Programming Knowledge: Load pre-written programs or make basic edits using G-code and M-code.
- Maintenance & Safety: Perform daily cleaning and basic machine maintenance, report mechanical issues, and follow safety rules.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Education:



ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent technical training).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience operating VMC machinery in a manufacturing shop floor setting.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with controller types (such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi), tool selection, and basic offset adjustments.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and handle heavy metal parts or tools safely.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
