Key Responsibilities

- Graphic Design: Create visually striking graphics for social media (posts, carousels, reels covers), performance ad creatives, brand identities, website visuals, pitch decks, and marketing collaterals.
- Video Editing: Edit short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, ad creatives) and long-form videos with crisp cuts, dynamic typography, audio mixing, color grading, and engaging visual hook transitions.
- Content Strategy & Execution: Translate client briefs and creative concepts into ready-to-publish media while maintaining brand consistency across platforms.
- Motion Graphics & Animation: Add lightweight 2D animations, motion text, and visual effects to elevate static graphics and video content.
- Collaboration & Deadlines: Work closely with the core strategy and web teams to deliver assets on schedule while incorporating feedback effectively.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design and video editing within a digital agency or creative environment.

Design Tools





Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma/Canva.

Video Tools

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut Pro / DaVinci Resolve.

Core Competencies

Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, storyboarding, and platform-specific video pacing (social media trends).

Portfolio

A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design projects and short-form video edits (social reels, ads, or brand promos).

Bonus Points

- Experience with AI generation tools for rapid asset creation and visual conceptualization.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles for web assets.
- Knowledge of thumbnail design optimized for high click-through rates (CTR).

Pay: ₹10,283.47 - ₹20,000.00 per month
