Job Description:
We are looking for experienced CNC Programmer / Setters and Grinding Setters to support our manufacturing operations. Candidates should have good knowledge of machine setting, production processes, engineering drawings, and quality requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

- Set and operate CNC and grinding machines as per production requirements.
- Prepare and modify CNC programs where required.
- Perform tool setting, offset setting, and machine parameter adjustments.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and required surface finish.
- Monitor production and maintain consistent quality.




- Troubleshoot machining and setting-related issues.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams.
- Maintain proper production and machine records.

Requirements:

- 5–6 years of relevant experience in CNC programming/setting or grinding setting.
- Any Degree qualification.
- Good knowledge of machining and grinding processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality requirements.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: ₹12,328.13 - ₹40,698.17 per month
