Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Medical Billing AR Associate to join our team. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Medical Billing are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up on outstanding insurance claims and accounts receivable.
- Review claim denials and take appropriate action for resolution.
- Verify claim status with insurance companies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of account activities.
- Work on aging reports and ensure timely claim follow-up.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.

Requirements:

- 0–2 years of experience in Medical Billing/Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- Graduates from any discipline can apply.
