We are looking for an experienced Senior Node.js & React.js Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to join our technology team. The role involves developing and maintaining scalable web applications, backend services, APIs, and integrations using Node.js, Express.js, and React.js.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with existing applications, developing new features, solving technical issues, and taking ownership of development tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Build reusable and high-performance React components.
- Design and optimize database structures and queries using MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Integrate payment, KYC, verification, communication, and other third-party APIs.
- Debug complex application issues and improve application performance.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and basic application security practices.
- Review code and maintain coding standards and best practices.
- Work with Git/GitHub and follow proper development workflows.
- Support application deployment, monitoring, and maintenance on AWS/cloud servers.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and other developers.
- Guide junior developers when required.

Required Skills





- 3–5 years of professional experience in Node.js and React.js development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js.
- Strong knowledge of React.js and modern frontend development.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Good knowledge of MongoDB, MySQL, and/or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with third-party API integrations.
- Good understanding of authentication, authorization, and web security.
- Experience with Git/GitHub.
- Experience with application deployment and cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Valuable to Have

- Experience in fintech, digital lending, payments, banking, or financial services.
- Experience integrating KYC, payment gateway, e-sign, credit bureau, or financial APIs.
- Experience with AWS services and production deployments.
- Knowledge of application performance optimization and scalability.
- Experience working with queues, cron jobs, caching, or background processes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent practical experience may also be considered.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
