About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Writer cum Strategist who can turn ideas, trends, products, and business goals into engaging content that builds our brand and drives results.

The ideal candidate should have strong skills in content writing, storytelling, research, content planning, social media strategy, and audience understanding.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute weekly and monthly content strategies.

* Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and other platforms.

* Write social media posts, captions, reels scripts, video scripts, blogs, ad copies, and campaign content.

* Research industry trends, competitors, audience behaviour, and trending topics.

* Develop creative content ideas, campaigns, and storytelling concepts.

* Prepare and maintain monthly content calendars.

* Ensure content aligns with brand identity, marketing objectives, and business goals.

* Work closely with the design, video, marketing, and sales teams.

* Create conversion-focused content for advertisements, landing pages, brochures, and promotional campaigns.

* Analyse content performance and recommend improvements.

* Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and communication.

* Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, digital marketing, and AI tools.

* Use AI tools effectively for research, ideation, content creation, and productivity while maintaining originality.

* Content Calendar Adherence: ≥95%

* Content Ideas: Minimum 15–20 quality ideas per month

* Reels / Video Scripts: Minimum 12–16 per month

* Campaign Concepts: Minimum 2–4 campaigns per month

* Content Quality: Consistent, engaging, original, and brand-aligned content

* Content Performance: Continuous improvement in reach, engagement, and audience interaction

* Conversion Content: Effective copy for ads and marketing campaigns

* Trend & Competitor Research: Regular insights and actionable recommendations

Qualification & Experience

* Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism or Mass Communication – Mandatory.

* 1–3 years of relevant experience in content writing, content strategy, social media, digital marketing, journalism, or a related field is preferred.

* Strong portfolio of writing/content work will be an advantage.

* Freshers with exceptional writing, creativity, and strategic thinking may be considered.
