- Supervise and coordinate, monitoring architectural finishing works as per approved designs and drawings.
- Review architectural drawings, material specifications, finishes and design details.
- Ensure quality, aesthetics and proper execution of all finishing works.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and site execution teams.
- Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with approved samples and specifications.
- Monitor flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, doors, joinery and other architectural works.
- Resolve site-related design and finishing issues in coordination with the project team.
- Maintain drawings, site reports, approvals and project documentation.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
