About Media Waley

Media Waley is a growing social media marketing agency specializing in content creation, digital marketing, branding, and social media management. We are looking for a creative and talented Videographer & Video Editor who can shoot and edit high-quality content for our clients and help bring their brand stories to life.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideography

- Plan and execute video shoots for clients across different industries.
- Capture high-quality video content for social media, advertisements, corporate videos, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Own and have access to a skilled camera suitable for high-quality video production.
- Have strong knowledge of camera operations, settings, lenses, framing, composition, and shooting techniques.
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment independently.
- Ensure excellent video and audio quality during shoots.
- Coordinate with clients, content creators, and the creative team to understand project requirements.
- Handle all basic camera and shooting equipment responsibly and ensure it is properly maintained.
- Adapt shooting styles and techniques according to different brands, locations, and content requirements.

Video Editing

- Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, advertisements, and brand content.
- Add transitions, graphics, captions, music, sound effects, and other elements to enhance content quality.
- Perform color correction, color grading,



audio enhancement, and final video optimization.
- Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Adapt and optimize content for different social media platforms and formats.
- Create visually engaging videos while maintaining consistency with the brand's creative direction.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing.
- Must own a professional camera and be comfortable using it for professional shoots.
- Strong practical knowledge of camera handling and operations, including manual settings, lenses, framing, exposure, focus, and composition.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Strong understanding of lighting, audio recording, and video production.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and short-form content formats.
- Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within deadlines.
- Experience in creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form social media content is preferred.
- Ability to work independently on shoots as well as collaborate effectively with the creative team.

We are looking for someone who can independently handle both shooting and editing, understands what works on social media, and can turn creative ideas into high-quality, engaging video content.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
