Position: HR Executive

Location: Bavdhan, Pune

Work Experience:

1–3 years of relevant experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Manage daily attendance, leave records, and employee regularization.
- Assist in preparing appointment letters, HR letters, and other employee-related documents.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and general HR matters.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for payroll-related information, including attendance and leave data.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining company HR policies and procedures.




- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Handle other HR and administrative responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills:

- Good understanding of basic HR processes and recruitment practices.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Professional attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
