Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented MFI Branch Manager to manage the overall operations of our branch in Pudukkottai. The candidate will be responsible for business growth, loan portfolio management, collections, team management, customer relationships, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Achieve branch business, disbursement, collection, and portfolio targets.
- Lead and motivate Branch Officers, Credit Officers, and Field Staff.
- Drive customer acquisition and branch portfolio growth.
- Ensure timely loan repayment and maintain strong collection efficiency.
- Monitor overdue accounts, PAR, delinquency, and portfolio quality.
- Conduct regular field visits and customer/group meetings.
- Ensure proper credit appraisal, documentation, and KYC compliance.
- Monitor and improve employee productivity and performance.
- Handle customer grievances and maintain good customer relationships.
- Prepare and submit branch MIS and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify operational risks and take appropriate corrective action.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in MFI / Microfinance / NBFC / Banking.
- Previous experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of microfinance operations, credit, and collections.
- Positive leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the branch operating area.
- Target-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Compensation

₹3,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 per annum, based on experience and suitability.

Location: Pudukkottai, Tamil Nadu
