Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our daily financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling tax compliances (GST/TDS), and ensuring smooth daily accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Maintain and update daily day-books, ledgers, and financial transactions accurately using TallyPrime.
- Taxation & Compliance: Prepare data for GST returns, handle TDS calculations, and assist in the timely upload/filing of statutory returns.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage vendor ledger reconciliations.
- Cash & Payroll Management: Handle petty cash expenses, process employee salaries/payroll, and manage vendor payments.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports, expense tracking sheets, and assist with annual audits.
- Document Management: Keep all financial documents, invoices,



and vouchers properly filed and organized.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent degree in Accounting / Finance.
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in TallyPrime and MS Excel is mandatory.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, GST, TDS, and banking procedures.
- Attributes: High level of accuracy, trustworthiness, and ability to handle confidential financial data.
