Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Architect to lead design projects, collaborate with our team, and bring fresh ideas to life. This role is critical in ensuring the successful execution of our projects, maintaining client satisfaction, and contributing to the firm’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Leadership:
- Develop and present architectural concepts, designs, and plans that align with client briefs.
- Lead the design team to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Project Management:
- Oversee project stages from concept to completion, including planning, documentation, and construction administration.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to meet project objectives.
- Team Collaboration:
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff.
- Foster a collaborative working environment to achieve creative excellence.
- Technical Expertise:
- Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentations using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Client Interaction:




- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide design solutions that exceed expectations.
- Deliver compelling presentations and manage revisions based on feedback.

Qualifications

- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Experience:
- Minimum of [5 years] of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proven track record of handling residential projects .
- Skills:
- Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of materials, construction methods, and building codes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
