About the Role

We are looking for a creative, experienced, and technically solid Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in premium residential, hospitality, and commercial projects, with the ability to manage projects from concept development through working drawings and site execution.

The candidate will be responsible for leading design development, coordinating with clients and consultants, supervising project documentation, and ensuring that the design intent is successfully implemented on site.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural projects from concept design to execution.
- Develop innovative and functional architectural designs based on client requirements.
- Prepare and review concept drawings, presentations, working drawings, and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Attend client meetings and present design proposals and project developments.
- Review drawings and ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across project stages.
- Prepare and review construction details and technical drawings.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure execution matches the approved design.
- Identify and resolve design and technical issues during construction.
- Coordinate material selections, finishes, and architectural details.
- Manage project deliverables and ensure work is completed within agreed timelines.




- Review and guide the work of junior architects, designers, and interns.
- Maintain proper project documentation and drawing records.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations, codes, and statutory requirements.
- Contribute to the development of the firm's design standards and architectural quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution.
- COA Registration is mandatory/preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in premium residential, hospitality, and commercial projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, planning, detailing, and construction processes.
- Excellent knowledge of working drawings and construction detailing.
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Photoshop
- MS Office
- AI-assisted architectural/design tools
- Knowledge of rendering/visualization software will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to undertake site visits and coordinate with project teams.
