Job Location: Valasaravakkam, Chennai - 600087.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT and technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Recruit Field Engineers, Service Engineers, and other technical staff based on business requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Assist with offer discussions, joining formalities, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain positive candidate relationships and provide a positive recruitment experience.
- ESI Filing.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment preferred.
- Experience hiring technical/engineering candidates is an advantage.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- ESI Contribution & Filing knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Candidates should be residing within a 10 km radius of Valasaravakkam, Chennai-87.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
